My name is Dmitri Britikovski and I am an experienced Head Chef. I mix together the best from Nordic and French cuisines and bring restaurant quality into a large scale banqueting. 

Educated in France, I have 20 years of professional background from Michelin restaurants in France, 5-star hotels in the Southern, Northern and Eastern Europe. I have thorough experience in a la carte fine dining, banqueting and VIP private projects.
